Air & Road Safari Tour Packages to East Africa National Parks , Game reserves & Major Cities

During the month of January 15th  to 15th June every year  it is called low season and  hotels  and  flights are available even if you call at short notice but from June 15th to end of October every year it is high season and reservations of flights ,vechicles,hotles is done six month in advance. Air Safari  vacation tours  are operated by airlines and there are  daily, weekly flights or daily flights depending with demand  which the airfares are charged per person based on one-way or return. Air safari packages are tailor-made and the airline and hotel chains combine their services and do come up with discounted flying package which includes full board meal plan, half board meal plan, and bed & breakfast meal plan. Please note the bed & breakfast meal plan and half board meal plan are ideal for hotels accommodation I major cities whereas for hotel accommodation in national  parks and game reserves full board meal plan is the best.

Bookings for air safari flying packages can be made with the hotel chains, tours & travel agent or direct with airline. The air safari flying packages is for all inclusive  3 game drives  for one night and so forth, full board meals, excluding personal drinks soft and hot drinks and hot air balloon safaris. For those willingly to do hot balloon safaris need to do it in advance.

The  Combo safari which has itineraries starting from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi visiting selected game reserves and national parks depending on what the tourists do love to see. For example  a safari will start from Kenya  starting Nairobi  to Masai Mara  2 nights then to Lake Nakuru one night  then Amboseli  2 nights proceed to Tanzania  to  Arusha night stop then proceed to Serengeti   2 nights depart next day back to Nairobi.  This combo safari is called ‘Wings over East Africa’ by air or road safari.

When you have you safari plan with a budget for Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi all you need to do is to give the duration of the safari and where you want to visit and want you really need to see and leave it to a tours consultant to work out the itinerary for you. There  are 3 types of accommodation, pitched tents, permanent tents and lodges so specify as costs differ and also we have exclusive hotels with permanent tents and some with lodges and they have upto 8 to 15 tents their packages includes champagne, soft and hot drinks but excludes hot balloon safaris and the vehicle booked for game drives is for exclusivity use.

 African vacation safari   can start from any of the East African states namely Rwanda, Uganda,Burundi,Kenya doing combined safari  and touring any of the national parks or game reserves. If the air safari is starting from Tanzania you can board your flight from Zanzibar, Kilimanjaro, and Arusha, Mwanza and Daresaalam airport to the game serves and national parks. For  road safari you can start from any town in Tanzania and we do have tour and travel companies who have vehicles  4 BY 4 Landcruisers,Land Rovers and Tour Van for road packages  to Serengeti, Seronera, Lobo, Ndutu, Kogatende, Sasakwa, Manyara,  Ngorongoro Crater,Olduvai Gorge,Oldonyo Lengai,Mt Meru,Mt Kilimanjaro, Saadani, Pangani,Pemba Island,Mnemba,Mafia Island. For road safari the vehicles are charged on per kilometer basis including driver’s salary and accommodation for the days on safari and you will use same vehicles for game drivers and there are park fees to be paid for residents of East Africa, non-residents, driver and vehicles which will be put in the total cost.

Air   and road safari Uganda  tourists  can n purchase at one point and is tailor made. Air safari flying packages are consolidation of airline and hotel chain services to be able to come up with very competitive prices under one roof. Airlines do operate daily flights, weekly flights or coach services to national parks and game reserves which tickets are charged on one-way or return per person. There some national parks or game reserves where there are no scheduled flights and the option is to take a private air charter flight or go by road.
